With this data, we assemble a comprehensive, line-by-line cost projection for your home building project. This estimate is crafted based on your plans, site conditions, and the criteria we’ve collected from you regarding interior and exterior finish features.

With the cost estimate in hand, we move forward to the next stage. Here, we consolidate property information, house plans, the cost estimate, and warranty information into a comprehensive construction agreement. This document becomes the contract that binds us to construct your new home.

As soon as the construction agreement is in place, Crossroads Quality Construction takes the necessary steps to secure all permits required for your new home. This ensures that we adhere to all regulations and can proceed with your project seamlessly.

This is where the excitement truly begins. As soon as permits are secured and weather conditions are favorable, we initiate construction on your project. The duration of the construction process typically ranges from 6 to 12 months, depending on the size of the home, site conditions, and weather. Throughout this journey, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our vendors to make selections that will make this house truly “your home.”

Upon the completion of your new home, we schedule a final walk-through to orient you to your new living space. We’ll guide you through its features and provide recommendations for its maintenance, ensuring you’re fully comfortable and acquainted with your new home.

At Crossroads Quality Construction, we stand behind our work and that of our subcontractors. We provide a 12-month warranty on all labor and materials used in your home, giving you peace of mind and confidence in the quality of our craftsmanship.
